Temescal Valley, Ca

Temescal Valley is located in western Riverside County and  is roughly the unincorporated area between the cities of Corona and Lake Elsinore. It is bordered by the Santa Ana Mtns on the west and the Estelle Mtns on the east. Temescal Valley, as a community, was officially given it's name in September, 2004, and is named after the valley that makes up the region. For many years it was known as "South Corona", and its postal zip code, 92883, is still associated with the city of Corona.
However, because of rapid growth and a need for a separate identity, a new zip code is being proposed for Temescal Valley.

The Temescal Valley Municipal Advisory Council, in cooperation with the Riverside County Planning Dept is currently working on a community theme for Temescal Valley. They have adopted comprehensive design guidelines for development and growth that embrace the valley's rich historic past and natural wonders.
